Title Page Title of report Your name Course information Date 2. Letter to the Decision-Maker Formal business letter format (not a memo) Addressed to the individual or group who can implement your recommendation 3. Executive Summary Brief overview of: Problem Key findings Proposed solution Recommendations 4. Table of Contents List all major sections and page numbers 5. Introduction Introduce the problem clearly Explain why it matters Provide background context 6. Body of the Report Organize using clear headings and subheadings, including: Problem definition Evidence of the problem Analysis of causes and impacts Discussion of research findings Proposed solutions 7. Conclusion / Recommendation Clearly restate the recommended solution Explain how it should be implemented Emphasize expected outcomes 8. References Minimum of 7 secondary sources required At least 3 must be peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles Must be formatted in APA style 9.
