This module is project management; the tutor group every six students into each group called group A-Z (1-20 groups). We were told to choose different topic in each group for research, which include exhibition and a report upon. Our group is group C (group 3); we are six members on our team. We decided to choose cervical cancer screening / smear test uptake. Each and every one of us contributed to the success of the exhibition day through the task given and each role and responsibilities of each member. I took the role of liaison officer; I liaised with Macmillan cancer research for educational resources, liaised with Public health England for educational resources and JO’s Cervical Cancer Trust for educational resources and merchandising materials for our exhibition display on the 18th of March. I was also responsible for financial aids in terms of emergency need. During the team work, our mode of communication was through group Email, text messages and wat’s app created for this purpose, we also communicate through telephone conversation. We produced action plans; Gantt chart, stakeholders mapping and fill in the risk assessment form and submitted these to our tutor prior to our exhibition day. We received feedback on this from tutor before the exhibition event. During our team work, we encounter and undergone serious conflict, which we latter settled among us. All tasks given were completed and sent to group share Email created during this period. We completed A1 poster presentation based on our chosen topic by task distributed within us. On the 18th of March the exhibition programme took place and we display the completed poster prepared by our group on our chosen topic alongside co- course mate with their chosen topic. And we were assessed by our tutor (module leader) accompany her was other tutor in the department. The report and the feedback from assessment were later told by the tutor on the same day. On the day of the exhibition, we were assessed by our tutor and her co- tutor based on our knowledge and understanding on our chosen topic and we awarded grade on it. So also as other course mates (and their team) for their own. As part of the module/subject, we were now told to go and write 2000 words of reports to evaluate all what we have done based on our chosen topic; to critical evaluate; the process undergone as team work and as individual in achieving a successful exhibition day the 18th of march for our chosen topic; CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING/ SMEAR TEST (year 1 and year two students as stakeholders).
