Leadership through training

The research paper should be written on a subject related to employee training and development in an aviation or aviation-related industry (if possible) that requires scholarly inquiry and substantiation or support of an argument or proposition. It should not be a purely descriptive effort. So, make sure you have satisfied these criteria from the beginning by proposing a subject that requires you to research and argue your point! At the end of the paper, make sure you include a conclusion that refers back to your proposition! What did your research tell you about your original proposition? Was it supported or not…. and why? The research paper must cite a minimum of ten research quality sources. A research quality source is a refereed journal or other written source that is academically credible (that excludes Wikipedia, Newsweek, and CNN.) Also, personal opinions are not important when writing for academic purposes. What the instructor is looking for is your ability to research the work of qualified experts, and then present that research in a manner that supports your proposition or argument. Research papers should be 10-15 pages (content) in length. The papers should be completed in current APA format, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, textual citations, and reference citations. Refer to the Research Paper Rubric for grading criteria. Your paper will automatically be evaluated through Turnitin when you submit your assignment in this activity. Turnitin is a service that checks your work for improper citation or potential plagiarism by comparing it against a database of web pages, student papers, and articles from academic books and publications. Ensure that your work is entirely your own and that you have not plagiarized any material!
