Hello team, I have managed to talk to some of you about a client who filed for charge-backs to the site and the site proceeded to deduct all monies which it had credited to my account from the client. A charge back is simply a dispute filed from PayPal side, not on the site and once this happens, there is no way to win the case, unless the client willfully refunds funds from their end. Other than that one client MathewRosario, we have other disputes from other clients and I would like to bring all to your attention, I shall be effecting the deductions of the disputes going forward, some of you have bigger deductions to be made and I am open to scattering the deductions over several payment periods to ensure they are not punitive and they dont consume all your earnings. Again, I know how you all feel about this, but I dont have an alternative to this issue and deductions was the last thing in my stages of trying to come up with the solutions.
