Off-late am seeing some mistakes some of you are committing when writing your papers, I have highlighted some and will keep doing so in future Formatting. I want to remind you that its important to maintain the CORRECT format, headers, page numbers, in text citations, referencing and proofreading, I am seeing a lot of you guys, writing papers without text in-citations and only cobbling up some references at the end of the paper, this is not how a paper should be written, however brief it might be. I will not upload a paper without correct in citations or references, these short-cuts must end. Deadlines and communications As you guys have noted, I don't give anyone deadlines once I assign you papers to work, some have been abusing this by sitting through with papers for a very long time, please ensure you prioritize the work assigned to you, if a challenge comes in while you are mid-way, communicate with whoever is online, or my phone, that way I know how to plan myself.
