This is a reflection paper on my experience interviewing a mental health nurse regarding adolescent mental health population who live in urban communities and my personal and professional growth bsn program. Explain how your intervention enhances the patient, family, or group experience. Describe your use of evidence and peer-reviewed literature to plan and implement your capstone project. 3.) Explain how the principles of evidence-based practice informed this aspect of your project. 4.) Assess the degree to which you successfully leveraged health care technology in your capstone project to improve outcomes or communication with the patient, family, or group. 5.)Identify opportunities to improve health care technology use in future practice (like telehealth options available in community libraries for those without computers, telehealth applications on mobile phones including free government phones. 6.) Explain how health policy influenced the planning and implementation of your project, as well as any contributions your project made to policy development. like project helped identify resources and funds availble to community that werent being used, helped get phones or laptops for telehealth appointments. helped get transportation bus stops that went to various places in the community with more transportation times. Set up mobile clinics that came once a month into the community fot mental health treatment and group therapy sessions, and medication renewals 7.)
