Week 7 Discussion

Discuss how accreditation impacts your future career opportunities as a nurse. How do employers view graduates from accredited vs. non-accredited programs? How does accreditation influence curriculum development in nursing schools? Provide examples of how accredited programs might adapt their curriculum in response to changes in healthcare demands. This initial post should be a minimum of 350 words. All posts must be well-developed: A well-developed post is meaningful, clearly demonstrates relevance to the topic, reflects critical thinking and your knowledge of the material, demonstrates a synthesis of the subject matter, extends the discussion by building on previous posts, and includes proper source citations, when applicable Writing Requirements: APA 7th edition formatting including a reference list and in-text citations. Utilize a minimum of three (3) scholarly articles (evidence-based, peer-reviewed, and published in the last 5 years). All scholarly articles listed on the syllabus will not be counted toward the minimum requirement.
